Default Tire pressusre question

As I'v got so much free time due to being jobless, I'v just watched some program on tv bout being eco/green with your car, oks I know running 20year old rst at 191bhp is very green, but they were saying bout how much tire pressure makes, i didnt know this.
So what the best pressure for standard rsturbo wheels with toyo proxxie t1r, to give the best grip/ eco-ness/ anything else, as in the past i'v only care about the fact they are pumped up and round!lol

Have a look in the handbook if you're on standard wheels

its a good job i dont go by how i used to have my bike tires when i was younger, i use to ride a trials bike and used to run nearly flat tires so you could fold then over things like wall edges and hand rail for more grip!

I check mine just now and they were 26psi. what size are your tires to have 40psi in?
