lol - I saw that on the news this morning.
Limit of 24 beers per day. those Auzzie's must be fuckin hardcore!!!

 

They are great fun to watch - tons of torque and rear wheel drive is always a winner. DTM's great for the same reason

 

oh and there is always the die hard fans that will prepare weeks before the race and bury their grog!!!

when i was there most had consumed that by noon.. they've tried to ban all kinds of stuff over the years, but you just take it up the mountain in the shuttle bus as that drives straight through all the security..
as has been said the proper doggy stuff (like explosives) will already be there, as will some of the fans.

I was meant to go to this this year, but work and other stuff means I can only make it up to Sunshine Coast next Thursday.

I will be watching it all day Sunday though!!!

24 Cans over 12 hours is nothing at all, a friend and I when I was a bit younger done in 48 Corona one day at a BBQ/Party. Couldn't do that now though.
