i sold a car part on ebay and posted it to the US via parcel force. the postal recipt said it wasnt a trackd item.

the buyer has since been emailing me saying it hasnt been recieved. i posted it on august 24th. i have emailed him a scan of the recipt as proof i posted it.

were do i stand if it has been lost ???

 

Was it not insured? i suppose the first point of call would be parcel force, although it says not tracked they might have some idea of its whereabouts.

 

Slightly bent forward with your legs apart if he payed with paypal.

 

As a seller on ebay/paypal your rights = F**K All
as above get the lube out,

 

always send items tracked!!!

but as said; paypal normally favours the buyer, not the seller

just refund the money and be done with it; lesson learnt

 

turns out its been sat in his post office for weeks and they had forgot about it !!!!
