Default ROCKER COVER GASKET?

I keep on having to change my rocker cover gasket because of oil leaking. I heard that some people go for the rubber gasket which fits the sierra 1.8 cvh is this one much better than the cork one and will it fit nicely because i went to order one from Fords and the parts guy told me that the rocker cover will pinch the gasket because its a bit wider is this true let us know what you think CHEERS

Dont think the 1800cvh will work. have you tried a genuine gasket from ford, they are mutch better than the shit ones you get from motor factors.
they have small metal dowels in them so they done crush when tightened.

as above, the genuine ford ones are better quality !!

I believe the 1.8cvh rubber one will work as well, various people on here have them fitted, up to you though at the end of the day.

you can deffo use the 1800 cvh ones and you can use them time and time again if you look at some of the cars in ff and pf you will see a lot of cars use them

are you using gen ford gasket's or copy????
gen ford have little metal pieces in them to stop over tightening and splitting.
