iv got my eye on one of these for my ka but it has no ecu or keys. its a bargain too.
will i be able to buy a seperate ecu with keys, iv been reading about PATS so im hesitating whether to buy it.. will it power up, wat will i need?

 

As long as keys and pats module match you should be ok to use any 2.0 ecu and transponder ring. Thats as far as i know anyway.Pretty sure thats right as I had to deal with Pats in one of my projects.

 

are the zetec blacktops the same in the focus and mondeo? there cheap as chips on ebay now iv had a good luck..
