Default RST MFI setups

I have acess to a CO2 machine and setup my car to around 3.5 running 10 psi about 2 months ago, all was fine boosting ok etc, then it started to miss on boost! so i checked it again and was leaned right out to 0.6!! anyway i reset it to 4.5 and turned boost to around 15 psi, again it was pulling hard and running superbly untill yesterday it has started to miss on idle slightly and quite bad on boost, im gonna get it back on the machine and set it up again.

what i would like to know is this just the car being a MFI or do i have a problem thats throwing the mixture out? i.e metering head etc?

thanks in advance

its not just a case of being mfi its defo another problem, i personally would not just keep adjusting the fuel either as you are likely to break it

correct me if im wrong, you are setting the co up via the co adjuster on the top of the fuel metering unit via the allen key screw right next to the air filter?

if so then this is only the idle co

the fuel pressure regulator needs adjusting to supply enough fuel for when on boost

please take the car to a tuner who knows what hes doing and can advise u of any other issues before you blow up ur engine

As said that only adjusts your idle mixture!! But it is not the FPR that you adjust for on boost fuelling either! Also you need a WB Lambda to set your fuelling not a CO machine!
Take it and get it setup!
