Next Essex RSOC meet is:

October 13th (tuesday),
7.30pm onwards,
Halfway House,
Southend Arterial Road (A127),
East Horndon,
Brentwood,Essex,

There will be 1st and 2nd prize trophys for car of the night, also a raffle with differant prizes to be won too!!
Anyone who wants to donate anything towards raffle please bring it with you on the night and come and see me. I will also be having a chairmans chat as normal.

I want to just thank everyone who attend this monthly meet and for everyone that helps out.
We are ESSEX RSOC, we are a massive group and getting better and bigger alltogether, ITS YOUR CLUB,and im very proud to be the chairman on your behalf.We are moving forward and everyone will know we are at shows next year with all our banners and flags with our name on it !!!!

erm well i was feeling like a 17 year old just passed his test n had a bit of a race on sunday night.parked up all ok then drove off later in evening to find this almighty knocking noise from engine.taken rocker cover off all looks well.i can feel the knock in the block when its running so gonna strip out sump hopefully today and see whats gone wrong.2 years to build,2k to ruin lol

 

i will be there not sure in what yet but we will see.

well ive taken sump off and big ends and on one big end set there is a thin copper coloured line running around the bearing but the crank isnt scored.also i noticed the crank bolt had worked its way loose and hoping it hasnt ruined the mains.gonna take them off when i can be bothered lol.
