how 'quick' is this shift? little bit concerned about u saying it ruined ur syncro.

Hello mate, It didn't "Ruin" the syncro, it just made the syncro's crunch every now and again if ya changed too quick (Trust me I changed gear very quick )

If you have a pin that goes through the bottom of your gear lever it should fit fine
