well, BP regular at the moment, but it's not mapped yet for boost.
super is recommended, but retarding timing a bit will sort det out and lose a little power.
if it's not been mapped on super then it won't run much better, if it has been mapped on super, then use super.
by mapping i mean map on efi or timing/fuelling altered on mfi setups.

the good stuff. every company has a different name for it, optimax, ultimate, 4star

mine was setup on it so its all i can really run. it doesn't run well on normal petrol. it stutters on boost and struggles to start in the mornings.

highest octane you can. mine has ben set up on v power and my tuner told me not to let it boost on 95 RON if thats the only fuel available

As everyone has said the higher octane the greater resistance to detonation, and whatever it was tuned on is what it should be ran on.

Super!

It will run better and offer a lot more safety due to its resistance to detonation (as stated above) should things be runing a bit lean! But only a bit mind!

My mate says he found a tesco doing supposed 99 octane the other day,it was 118.9p a litre as well though put it in his bike and says it made a difference but dont think i could afford to keep puttin that in the car

i run shell optimax in mine, it does cost a bit more but it run's alot better and i get more mpg aswell

Yeah Tesco and Shell do 99RON Fuel, I always use V-Power

tesco 99 ron everytime, and if your feeling rich some millers octane booster adds another 3 ron

Run mine on V Power, ran my M3 on Tesco 99ron and could really tell the diff when i recharged with V Power..

But god that stuff is starting to get expensive..
