i dont know what christian was doing tbh mate and i don't really care . ive just got back from the pod about 15mins ago done 9 runs and 5 of them were in the 12s and running only 1.2 bar of boost and on 888s and my best terminal was 116.53mph if any one wants to say its a bull shit figure then feel free!! i let the times do the talking.

good results crazycage , in fact bloody excellent results, would be chuffed with them personally. just think how much faster you could have gone with some proper driveshafts (joke by the way )

 

thanks mate ,i think the drive shaft jokes can be put to bed now tho, thats 3 events at the pod over 20 runs with about 14 or so in the 12s , and the 0-60 @ ford fair and still there fine .
car drove perfect all day and well happy that!!! and consistently does high 12s but i want a bit more power and try and get some 12.4s then maybe some drag tyres for a high 11.

not kncking it mate,times are fuckin great,just assumed terminals would be higher with 300bhp,tim does near enough 10mph more with 50 more horsepower,yours a ZT???maybe thats got something to do with it.

 

Tims is will gas on top of the 350hp I beleive. 115mph terminal is spot on for 300hp, it's actually a touch fast if anything.

 

that sounds about right!! if time was running about 50hp more than me then thats why he is pulling 10mph more.
power figures don't mean much to me its all about how it makes the power where the power is and how it holds the torque , i couldn't care if my engine made 290hp 300hp or 310hp @ the boost its at now.
it will soon be making more power and the time will come down .
and yes its a zetec.
theres plenty cars on here claiming the same power or more but cant do the times mine does.
as for christian doing 120mph with 280bhp then why is tim /luca not doing 130+ with 340-350bhp that they are running??

 

cheers mate you will love having the mtx in yours!! if im honest it peaks 1.3 holds 1.2bar but still not a lot of boost .
was have traction problems in 2nd gear all day the track was just to cold and they didnt prep it.

if two cars have the same genuine power then the only thing that will make any difference to the terminal is the weight of the car or some real shit driving for instance a mate drove my car up the strip yesterday and did a 13.5@109mph i got into it straight after him and did a 12-??@116
