Default Replacing fm-antenna coaxial cable.. easy job?

Hi
I am wondering how difficult it would be to replace fm-antenna coaxial cable. It is broken between chassis and boot where it goes inside flexi rubber.
I think it runs under roof lining trim..?
Is cable still available from Ford?

Best Regards
