hi every one looking to find out what turbos fit the focus rs manifold
for a zetec conversion and also whats the best cheapest way of doing the ecu,loom

Standard manifold is designed to fit to a GT25 turbo - T25 or a GT25 hybrid should also bolt onto the manifold fine
Depending on what kind of power you want to run from my experience on my own FRS the standard manifold can be restrictive after 280bhp & a tubular replacement required
