Adjustable track control arms
i find a good road setting is to adjust them so when the wheel is on and settled that the top is 10mm in compared to the bottom and a simple way to do this is to get a piece of wood/steel etc that is same size as wheel and put a spirit level on it touching bottom of wheel and adjust the wood/level to straight and measure gap at top between wood and wheel till you get required setting
lovely i will give it a try thay arrived today so will be messing around over the weekend and see what difference it makes i hope it does cos fed up of scrubbing inside of tyre out in 3 months
best thing you can do is spend some cash on getting a proper alignment job done after you fit them. if u do the method as above you may still end up rubbin tyres away then you have spent on adjustable tca's and now 2 sets of tyres and then finally a proper wheel alignment when you get fed up in the end.
i fitted adjustable tca's, pollybushes and coilovers set as low/high as i wanted the car and then paid for a proper set up at awesome gti, after that car drove spot on, no excessive tyre wear, steared where i asked it to.
honestly take it somewhere that can do a proper job rather then a stick on your drive, save yourself money in the longrun!

Where did you get the adjustable tca's from? and how much are they??
I currently have front coil overs, would it be worth getting adjustable top mounts as well as atca's? And then a corner weighting session.
Cheers
