a good mate of mine has got a facelift sapp thats been sitting on the drive for 4 years now he hasnt time to use it. he wants to sell it. i think its worth a lot more in parts. the spec of car is rebuilt engine standard spec 4000 miles ago. running MAD stage 4 open greens chip. lots of spec r parts too. how much is the engine etc worth the shell has some rust on wheel arch like a lot do. car has covered 107k. cheers for any advice. how much do you reckon its worth as complete car roughlycheers james

Depends if it runs, what it would need for MOT, if it's rotten shell etc..

 

shells not rotten would pass mot with small bit of work

yes mate do you fancy getting your hands dirty then paul ????my mate said if he got 2500 grand for it he would be happy but i reakon its worth lot more in parts

 

Problem is no money and no space (hoppers)

 

I would atleast try and get it to a testing station and find out the bare minimum for getting it tested, 2.5k is alot of money for a car with no T&T, IF you get it tested, i'd pretty much bet the cost of that would be far less than the difference between your 2500 and whatever you could sell it for if it was legal.

and what spec r stuff has it got then,I need a turbo heat shield

 

cheers matt its not that local over near bordon. it hasent got spec r heat shield got group a breather header tank dump valve swirl pot more also i cant remember. i will get a price off pete for you for heat shield. i thought you bopught one of those wankey auto specialist ones at f fair ???
