2wd and 4wd cosworth cams

Please could somebody tell me, if BD14 cams from a 2wd head will fit in a ST escos 4x4 head?

2wd cam won't fit a 4x4 head but a 4x4 will fit 2wd. so if a st head is the same as a 4x4 it won't fit.
