you can make anything road legal if it has a frame and engine number and as long as you have proof of age from the manufacturer .
if the lights arent up to mot standard , you can get a daytime use only mot for which all you need is a constant tone horn
i put my cr125 crosser on the road 2 years ago with a daytime mot , police really didnt like it tho and kept harrasing me i had to sell it in the end
