well from watching the trailer i think the movie goes something like this.

Humans wage war on an alien species on a planet the humans want to own.

Find it really difficult to defeat them and decide the only way to beat them in there own environment is to infiltrate them, so they transfer that bloke in a wheelchair consciousness into that alien they have captured.

Release him back into the jungle where he gets in loads of trouble with predators etc.

Meets up with the tribe(falls in love with the girl alien) and decides to join there side, humans get pissed and attack, everyone has a big fight...someone wins.

A story line that has been done a million times before but you never know the CGI might make up for it, and before anyone says im spoiling the movie, if you cant work all that out from that trailer you need some brain pills.

 

The actor playing that guy in the wheelchair (sam armstrong I think) , since being in terminator salvation is everywhere. Even to be in the new re-make of clash of the titans.

lets face it, quality mind blowing CGI sells these films, people hardly went to see either of the transformers films for the depth of script

so yeah, even though this will probably go down exactly how described a few posts up, i shall still look forward to it just cos it looks so damn cool

Got to agree with the majority from the trailer it looks shit but James Cameron has made ALOT of good movies in the past so ill see it based on past experiences of his stuff.

 

Looks shite..... Will watch though as he hardly ever makes a bad movie!

First half of the trailer looked awesome, reminded me of Halo (im sure the rights to this have been bought)
Will go and watch it but not stupidly excited about it. Easy to see how they can market the shit out of it though, computer games, action figures etc
