Default what adhesive to use on mouldings??

can you guys reccomend me some or something that you have used,basically need it to put the mouldings back on a sapphire.

my mate picked up a set for his but as they are not new they have no adhesive strips..want something thats nice and thin.

I used 3M acrylic tape its a bit ŁŁ but very thin ans very very strong

my local paint shop(Automotive paints I think or All paints)have it in stock
Think it was around Ł20

Again, got it from a local bodyshop supplier but was about Ł30 odd bloody quid!!! Good stuff though wouldn't use anything else!

Oh and it was Matt who told me about this too!

I got doulble sided trim tape off of ebay I think it was only about 8 quid for 20 Metres, worked a treat, and it's the proper stuff too.

Just one... and there's still quite a bit left. I got offered Ł15 for my leftovers! And that's with applying it like so...

To be fair that stuff looks pretty good, would want the 12mm width but would still opt for the 3M stuff myself just cos i know what its like. It's not a job you wanna have to keep redoing!
