Iv just put the car up for sale, my IT contract expired and was not extended over a month a go, and as a result, the cosworth is up for sale

anyone else have had to do the same?

 

that's shit news mate; alot of people in the same boat

 

One of mates contacts to big companies in the city and when his contract expired in May it took him 2 months to find a new one He found that he had to bluff his way in on his CV to get interviews and that worked for him. Up until that point he had fallen out of one contract into another or in some cases been doing 2 at once.

Hopefully you find something soon, what area of IT are you in? Maybe somebody will know of something.

Same happened to me bud, put mine up for sale but thought better of it and thought here when i get to a stage where i cant afford to run it etc, i'll just put it away till i get a job and back on my feet.

 

Know how your feeling. I arrived back from honeymoon to no job and was completely broke. Still not working and around here there is no work (I`m a spark). Applying for any old job and they say i`m over qualified!! I sure hope I get something soon or I`m f**ked!
