cossie turbo oil line 2wd/4wd
hi, im currently fitting a 2wd exhaust manifold on my escos and i'd like to run a 2wd oil feed and block the 4x4 one off in the head,
but i also want to keep the escos in car oil pressure gauge working and the dash warning light, which is on a big round sender unit screwed into a adaptor on the side of the block. i didnt relise there is already a adaptor, i thought the oil presure sender screwed directly to the block.
i had a look last night and to my surprise on the bottom of the standard block oil adaptor is a block off grub screw, so i'm guessing its a spare for another take off!
i'm wondering if i take the grub screw out, and fit the 1/8 to 1/4 convertor that was originaly fiting in the side of the head which was feeding my 4x4 oil line on the side of the head and then put this into this spare way on the block adaptor it will this supply pressured oil? also the grub screw i removed i could use to block off the head as i'm guessing its a 1/8 size?
cheers
