Have you got any rights about what a manager/director has offered you VERBALLY. Like a pay rise 3 months ago.

 

probably not as how do you prove he said it, cause if it got a bit messy he is hardly going to admit he said it. So no probably not just my opinion though cause i know nothing about anything like this

I have had the same m8,

I was offered a big rise 3 yrs ago,a promotion if you will,...nothing

Then this year i was offered the same again but it has turned to nothing ....to dust, and to tell you the truth i feel really pissed about it,

The firm sent me to Ireland only monday of last week to teach 3 other guys about the machines i opperate, I have made my self well known to my bosses,bosses boss, if you follow that and well we will see what becomes of it all
