on the 12th of november i got flashed off a mobile camera, i hadnt sent the v5 in as i had just got the car 3 days earlier,i sent the v5 off a couple of days later and recieved the v5 back in my name 10 days later and i still aint heard anything about the speeding , i phoned the previous owner to see if he had heaard anything throough the post but he hadnt, now i am starting to build my hopes up that for some strange reason i may not be getting done but as usual with me that would be too good to be true, i know they have 14days to give you a n.i.p but obviously these circumstances are different due to the v5 not being sent off, what do you think of the situation,how long do you think i should be worrying about this for, do they have a time limit or not???

 

rekon youll b ok as they havent notified you in 14 days. i would have filled in the log book so you brought the car on the 13th or something. dvla would just b runnin round in circles

 

i got flashed doing 140 mph and it was 3 flahses and aint heard any thing yet 2 month now

 

I think they are just waiting for you to spend loads more dosh on the car then they will ban you and i get to buy all your bits cheep ...
