Can it be moved?? only need it moving 5mm really as bottle in way ??

 

which way? do you mean in and out, or more easily up/done or side/side?

in and out (or away from the bulkhead) is possible by changing the rod length from pedal, but would need to be rigidly mounted.

one of the other directions is relatively easy. you would just need new mounting holes (or elongated). the rod from the pedal will be ok at a slight angle at the pedal end. not sure what this will do at the master cylinder end though, may put undue stress on something like a seal and start leaking.

it's been a while since i had my master cylinder out and i can't remember exactly how it all goes together

I had the whole lot floating when I was changing my clutch ratchet to get it outta the way.....

I believe the bottle location on the saffs is different to the 3dr - you could try swapping over to a saff unit but not sure if this is further or closer to the strut.

take a look at someones saff to see if that would solve your problem.

 

could you remove the bottle at fit 2 little pots? similar to a bias peddle setup?

surely this wouldnt be that hard to do?

 

remove bottle tap the 2 hole with thread, fir quip, attach quip to lines

lines to 2 bottles

bottle can go anywhere as long as the flow is ok.
