Default Q on the Idle setting on the ERST

Mine seems to want to tick over at 500rpm, but it never stays running, which makes town driving a real pain in the arse.

On my 86 XR3i I used to have the idle was 750-900, is 500 right for the RS Turbo or do I need to up it.

If so... Then can I up it on the throttle body or cable or does it need to be done electriconically????

I need to get the rolling road'ed soon, is this something that the tuner will have to do???

Cheers

Just screw the idle tuning screw on the throttle body.

Yeah they should - But as JesseT says just turn the idle screw slightly. Try Colin at Mad for It in Liskeard for the RR - as he is a bit of an ERST guru and has loadsa parts in stock. See www.mad-for-it.com
