If your running a stage 3 setup mate I would recommend staying with the .48 IMO. No need to go to .55 or .63 as it will only increase lag and you won't see a benefit in power that level. Brand new exhaust housings are not cheap. I Would personally grab hold of a second hand one. Whats wrong with yours... cracked???

I know I have one down the shed, came off my t34. Can have a look at it 2mo if you want to check it all over. Wouldn't want much for it. You canpick them up new, but I think they dont go for any cheaper than £200

i bought both a t34.48 and a t34.63. i kept the .48 on as it was more usuable for quick get aways with boost coming in at about 1400rpm compared to about 2500rpm on the .63. acceleration rather than top end was my main concern.
i had nothing but bother with recon turbos and only fixed it properly when i bought one brand new from woodford garage for about £800 for a stage 2 t34.48. obviously not all turbo recons are shoddy but 3 fook ups and redone rebuilds in under a year put me off.

Well theres a brand new one in that link for 199.99 so there not lol. I know they can be from some suppliers, But only a fool would pay £400. If your going to pay that you might aswell just buy a new turbo

be aware if you change the exhaust housing size, you will also need a new chip
