i didnt get the job at BT, woman just rang me, only cos I chased them up.

feedback was because i didnt give a very strong scenario on how i have effectivly helped a customer/ met target or what ever.

which in my line of work (CAD) it pretty fukkin hard...

also cos i didnt give them a good enough answer to why i wanted the job,

i mean for fukk sake, i drove a round trip of 200 miles for the bastid interview, course i dont want the job...

she said they had over 12,000 applicants, and i must have done something right to get an interview...

When i went for train driver job year or so ago was worse mate

Somthing daft like 20k applicants, interviewed 900 of us including a preliminary test, 30 of us made it into testing, a maxumim of 12 could get the job, they said ANYONE who passes testing will get the job as no way in hell will even 12 people pass as its too hard.

Traveled to fookin Bath once and Cardiff twice, 3days of testing, all day too, every kind of test under the sun.

I PASSED

So did TWELVE others

Fookin guess who got the short straw and didnt get the job cause they was the youngest by far,e ven tho they had better results than the rest of em... ME

30k a year, i was the best in testing, so they dont gimme the job

i dunno what to do, im so fukked off where i am at the mo, hence why i came home at 11am cos there was no fukker in the office

i really didnt want to back there after xmas, now it looks like im gonna be till i retire

im gonna send em an invioce for the fuel i reckon lol

 

Mate of mine who works for Aston Martin had to go through about 6 different tests as they wittled down the applicants and then on a 2 day long interview on-site with a load more tests, they only wanted two engineers out of thousands of applicants. Best thing was he had a car crash a few days before he had to go down for his interview and turned up in my old XR4x4 turbo, I reckon that's what got him the job.

but then im lucky as i got a family that loves me


my jobs cool as i can do what i want and when i want, i dont give a fuck and get away with alot of things
