Came out in Japan on the 12th... landed on my doorstep at 7.30am this morning!

First allocation of 200,000 sold out within a few hours on 12th!

 

are these to be region limited ie jap = NTSC so wont play UK games ?

doesnt come out here till 25th March

 

I can't wait to get one, love new toys and techno stuff. I will NEVER use it though

I paid WAY over the odd's but you know what it's like when you have to have something!

I paid £460 with 2 games! Thats about £180 more than what it would cost on the March release.

 

Yeah but I'd still rather go for the DS...... I trust Nintendo with these things and to me the DS pisses on the PSP

I switched it on at 7.30am this morning when unwrapping it. Played non-stop till posting this up and it had 30mins left on the battery. This was only on a 75% charged battery as it came out of the box. So I would suggest that the rumoured battery issue is not all that.

I personally think Nintendo may of had their day tbh.

Everything thought the big N and Sega had the console market stiched up until Sony released the PS..... and even then they thought it would never last. lol

I'm no Sony/PS fanatic by any stretch of the imagination, just facing a possible fact.

Anybody remeber the Atari Lynx or the Sega Game Gear?

Both of these were better than the GameBoy of the time yet neither sold as well.
