Im in durham/teeside are and wondered if there are any local meets about and when are they.

Durham RSOC meet on the 2nd n 4th wed of the month at the thinford arms!
come to next meeting, then u can get to know us lot and get ya name down to attend a few shows, not that theres many left like!

next meeting is 12th aug, from 7-7.30 onwards. meets are really busy so u can meet a few people!

Hope ok to mention our meet aswell Ange. We're all mates at the end of the day!!

We have our meet costa, at the windmill on the A19 near hartlepool. Our next meet is the Sunday 9th Aug from 12.30pm. Your more than welcome to come along and see what you think.

Iv always been a lover of fords (especially the old stuff anglias, pops, capris) but cant afford them lol. Im into my VWs in a big way but fancied a change. Iv just sold my golf and bought an S2 ERST. Its not mint but not bad. Will hopefully make an easy project. Just need to buy an interior lol.

i love vws too, i used to have a sportline mk1 golf cabbie, had it featured in the golf+ mag, i loved it but then moved to ford when by hubby got escos.

Well im glad there are loads of meets in the north east for fords cause there wasnt many before.Just keep looking in this section for the scotch corner meets.

Aye iv got a few bad ones. been busy buying and fixing this week. dont know if i like it yey lol but ill se when its back from the garage after its tidy up and service.



finaly got an 80s spec interior for it. just need to get some plastic trims and some sound now.

well sorry i didnt make the meet last night i was knee deep in oil trying (and failing) to do some engine swaps. are the thinford arms meets a weekly or monthly thing???

is it just me or is that a 3i spoiler painted

 

We havent sourced an enigne yet, A mates coming over to give us a run down of what we can do and that so hopefully should be ready in................................watch this space!! lol

Its a 90 spce spoiler with the underside painted. Looked alright on the car.

 

iv found some rear quarters. iv also got some seatbelt holsters for the rear seats and a fuel cap. cheers anyway dude. i still need all the boot bits though and a standard gear gaitor. im putting a wanted post up later
