On my hols so not thinking about work. however, i was thinking that its unfair that motorbikes can get away with speeding with respect to the Truvelo speed cameras, as they take the front number plate for details.

So why should a car have a front number plate when a bike doesn't?

number plate (only just smaller than legal)

I heard the reason that front plates were taken off bikes is because they
used to be sideways on inline with the mud guard.
People were getting run over and CUT like with a knife because of the sharp edges
of the plate being side on like a sharks fin.

heard exactly the same thing. They could have a stick on one now or something to identify them at least. A bike is more likely to speed than a car.......well thats what i think anyway

If I had Porkie's millions, I would take the Govt to the European court of Equal rights over this. I think you would win as well, as it is obviously descrimination against car drivers. The reason no-one has is the prohibative cost of doing so I would imagine, plus the death threats from the bikers .
