It's awful. I read the other day that a 67-year-old that had twins 2 years ago by IVF has just died, now aged 69. So thats 2-year-old twins that are now technically orphans.

There is a chance those kids could end up in the social care system and be abused untill they are 18......or maybe not

No, not when loads of kids who already have life are in the social care system with no one to look after them.

Its just wrong and shows that some people are just wierd and fukced up in the head. maybe wanting a baby 50 years ago would have been a better plan.
