bottom water pipe ?

i have put a zetec im my mk 4 escort with a 1.6 cvh but have found the cvh bottom pipe does not fit the water pupm,what should i use, do?

On mine I have had the cvh pump outlet welded onto the zetec pump. Haven't tried fitting pipes yet but it should work as thats what my mate has done.

aghhh that may be a problem, i allredy have the engine in and realy dont want to have to take it back out again

When we fitted a zetec into my mates S2 RS turbo i knocked up an adaptor to go between the zetec water pump and the cvh radiator hose.

Sorry the photo is a bit on the large side
