As some know my mate has asked me to look for Saffs on the net. Some people have mailed me pics and spec and ive passed details on to him and showed him. So far there are non he fancies...hes even thinking of a scooby, but one guy off here has told me his saff is for sale, ive asked him for the spec and how much he wants and he just keeps saying tell him to call me!
Like im going to ring my mate and say i know where there is a saff for sale craig, i know nothing about it or how much he wants! Do you want the number? I know what he'd say!

if the dude wants to sell his car then he shouldnt mind sending over pics and spec!

if he won't reply with a straight answer
Forget about him/it ~
Then he's silly/proud/jumped~up

 

why not just give him your mate's number and they can talk numbers ? there's nowt worse than being a middle man for someone because if it goes tits up, they will always blame the middle man

 

I know but he has no net access so as im on quite a bit i said id look! It would be easier to phone him and say the saff is £xx and he can then say no its too dear or that sounds a good price ill call him....

Ill never understand some people who sell cars and dont seem to want to tell you a price or give more details. Its nearly as bad as the 'make me an offer' adverts....and then they get all offended when you make them an offer they dont like. Why not just say how much they want for it?!?!?!

 

Usually want too much!
