are either of those for a cosworth are they piston or diaphram 1st dibs on a cozzie one mate

as far as I know they are piston ones but not 100% sure

If when you look at the bottom of it you can see a metal shaft its a twin piston if all you can see a rubber diaphragm its a single for a cossie.

well in that case they are twin piston type

Yep they can still be used on a cossie but work best with an esc rst or focus rs or st etc.
