Default Urgent question please

i got a escort rs s2

last last i booted it and it kind of sounded like it backfired. my mate told me after when he was behind me a little flame (spark) came out of exhaust.

well as soon as that happened my car now and feels as though its running on 3 cylinders. really really lumpy. it sorts of sounds like buuuhhh buuuuhhh buuuhh.

also it sort of fucking judders when slowing down in eny gear on low revs.

what the hell has happened lol???????????????

Mine used to do that when it hit the boost limiter.

Check for air leaks I reckon.

check the leads, and see if it is running on 3. I had this the other night, and 1 lead had melted on the turbo heat shield. Replaced lead and all was well

leads seem ok. the plug on the far left seems as though there is not alot of spark.

when u take it out with engine on its the only one that doesnt seem to make a difference.

going to replace rot arm and cap first
