HP laptop wont play vids in full screen?!

Default HP laptop wont play vids in full screen?!

Anyone got any ideas why?! vids are ok when u watch it normal screen (youtube, youporn etc) but when u try and run it in fullscreen it just comes up blank........not had the laptop long so dont know if it used 2 do it or not, its 2nd hand btw. HP g70 111em. Tried on the hp site and google search but couldnt find anything of use.

is it doing it on dvd or downloaded films?

not tried a dvd yet will give it a go in a sec, just tried to watch utube vids etc. Found something just now saying its a flash player problem so might try an update, seems to work if i right click on the vid when its playing and untick hardware acceleration while its playing

i use microsoft siver light, works great on all internet vid's (even the p**nhub etc lol)

Thats right, it is a Flash issue and turning off hardware acceleration is the answer.
