internet problems with virgin media
Anyone know why my internet keeps losing connection even when the modem says the ethernet cable is connected? Keep getting a ballon appear in the lower right hand corner of the screen saying local connection has limited or no connectivity? Restarting the PC sorts it for a little while....

Sounds like you computers LAN (network) port is on it's way out. The dropping connection is nothing to do with Virgin Media or your modem - it's your computer's connection that is at fault
