hi everyone i need to pick your brains, its my sierra iv recently changed the engine from a 1.6 pinto to a 2 liter dohc and im using the t9 box from my pinto we put it all together,started fine,wiring all good starter motor working but when i drive it my clutch seems to be slipping what could it be ive got a 1.6 pinto clutch in it

Could be the clutch has over adjusted if someone pressed pedal with no box/clutch on, try resetting this first, easily done by grabbing pedal pull upwards and then push quadrant away/towards bulkhead so it slackens adjustment off press a few times job done.
