i've seen quite a few do ok on the stock clutch, i know of a few that have 300+ bhp (1 350) & have never had a clutch, i don't know if there was different batches of clutches fitted of some people were just hard on the clutches as some didn't last 5 minutes.

 

Lovely car mate . i run my own car sales business Excel autos and we saw one of these go through at Enfield BAC 03 plate 87K on the clock 1 company owner then a private repo and it fetched £6600 sold!

must admit was thiunking about it myself ..... yours is much better than the auction one and i hope the sale goes well, the problem with the FRS is thier just so many to chose from in the small ads and internet, i find you will get punters looking for a standard car and nothing else or a modified and nothing else, your car really is a nice example and modified well so fingers crossed with the sale my freind, as with so many for sale you just have to get your advert to stand out from the rest and really sell you car to the public, on the good side is with a FRS people are willing to travel sy with a focus Ghia you might only get a 50 mile search etc so thats a positive.
