Local jewlers armed robbery *with pics*
There is a local jewlers that has door bell entry (wont let you in unless they open the door for you) that has alot of high class watches rings etc in the window, some one decided to park up in a stolen freelander and take a sledge hammer to the windows on friday afternoon in broad day light. must have caught every body by suprise as the nicked a load of rolexs and breitlings.
of cause being afternoon people all stood around with cameras and where have they ended up? good old face book lol

Big balls to do that, the place must of been sussed out for weeks prior to that.
simular thing happened near me in Heswall, both were caught and 1 was found in the pub toilets 2 1min walk away

Must have been about 2.30-3pm as I was going taking my lad to his birthday party and there must have been every police car/wagon and under cover car in the middle of the roads going towards Cowes from every direction
I guess with the recession this will happen more with jewlers stores! You can only reinforce glass so much for a store like that (and keep it affordable).
Wonder if in a couple of years such shops will no longer have window displays at all due to security?

Similar thing happened in Bury st eds a couple months ago, jewelers in busiest street in town, on market day, done the job and disappeared. Left 1 car outside the shop, left scene in another, dumped that few streets away, then left town in another. Still not been caught.

i watch this same thing happen on bond street years ago, 2 guys on a fireblade. 2 sledge hammers and just beat the shite out of the window,, right opposite asprey/cartier at some posh jewelers,,,,, as for there balls its about 2 mins walk away from west end central old bill station !!!
they was never caught either but they never got much as they spent about 10 mins smashing through TWO windows,, first on on the outside and the second one is about 5 10cm from the first window, both reinforced glass !!!
they took what they could reach then jumped back on there bike and fucked off towards piccidilly,,,,, me and a mate watched the whole thing,,, couldnt belive if it was really happening or not or even understood what the fuck was going on
they had bike helmets on and leathers so on chance finding them

speed and shock factor, often two cars are taken, that way if one breaks down or is involded in a collision, or used to ram the old bill, the other is on hand.,
Then when a few miles away switch to another car that will be parked up and away they go!!
Chances are by the time the time the old bill arrive they will be long gone, should one be close it is only likey to be one and if rammed, they aren't going anywhere!!
been a spate of jobs around here the last few months, old bill seem powerless to convict, even when they know who it is.

Why is everyone saying it takes balls, it crap, it takes being a complete cowardly fuckwit, true man to point a gun at a old lady as well.
Of course I hope they get caught, happened in Germany many years ago, a kid of about 16 sneaked alongside the parked vehicle which had it's driver door open took keys out and put them down the drain all while the robbers had thier backs to him, they got caught within 5 minutes running away, 1981 in Lubbecke it was.
