compression? correct firing order? timing correct?

anymore details, has it just broke down or has it been in bits??

 

firing order i belive is correct ive checked the timing a thousand times i aint got a compression tester but when turning the car over by hand i feels like it has plenty but ive just took the rocker cover off and turned it over no oil to the top end at all i did the sump a few months ago and forgot to put the pickup tube back on then found it when id finished took it apart again and put it back in but couldnt find the one ov the bolts could this be a problum im hopeing this aint the pump cos that would be the end for the cab or and the last time i drove it the turbo werent working at all not spooling nothing
