Default efi flywheel ? cps?

dont no what im going to be doing in a month work wise so the gotech is in hold for time being,

i have a full FRST efi ofab setup in my garage and a set of 308cc injectors thinking of just keeping this stuff and fitting it,

when i rebuilt my engine i used a non 90spec bottom end so i dont have the cps hole, but i did fit a efi flywheel, so im going to drill me block in situation, which i should be able to do?

anyway the flywheel can only go on one way correct? ie i canot have fitted the flywheel one bolt infront ect so when my engine is a TDC the cps will be in the correct postion, sorry im not making it very easy to understand lol,

also i have a late 90spec block with the cps hole, so i can take measurements of this, but if i drilled the hole 1-2mm out will the cps still get a reading?

thanks for any info giving

sean
