Default braking problem, the story continues

Hejj alll,

Finally got my Zetec Turbo up and running so been driving around a bit.

Next problem is the braking issues it's stil having.
Problem when the zvh was in it was it was braking good at one moment and the other moment like the brake assist isn't working.

Now the thing is it feels like it has no brake assist all the time.
When i hit the brakes with the engine off and then start it the brake pedal goes down so brake assist should work.
Had the callipers off and pistons were moving fine.
Also replaced the brake assist and master cilinder.

who's got any ideas what could be the problem.

setup is 2wd 283 mm 4 pots @ the front and 253 mm disks with sierra calipers @ rear and wilwood bias.

Thanks

Is there not an adjustment bar if you remove the master cylinder to apply more effort to the servo?
