Default cossie inlet manifold on CVH head

Cossie inlet in my shed. And i'am thinking of my cvh head and can i mod the to together.

Think Simon Smail did this to his zvh s2

This is for my st 170 zvh turbo with cossie management T38 turbo

In a word... NO.

It wouls take a lot of cutting up and re fabricating to achieve the port spacing and the inlet port shapes at the gasket face are totally different between a YB and a CVH.

Yep no this but i think i 'am going to cut and get the welder out.

itll be a totall balls mate, it really isnt worth attempting.

a better one would be a nissan pulsar GTiR manifold. the ports are only a couple of mm out and would be easily matched with a spacer of some kind. its a very very good inlet and can be bought from breakers/ebay quite cheaply.

I made an adaptor plate to mate the Cosworth inlet to CVH head.

If you are going to the trouble of making that why not just fab a manifold from scratch. Its not like the cossie inlet is that great anyway.

i saw a red RST on ebay ages ago that had a cossie plunum on a CVH, looked a pretty tidy job, too

dont cut the escort cos one up,

sell it and buy 5 4x4 inlets with the money.
