Anyone replaced theirs? Got a small leak from mine - had a look in the manual about it and it mentions a special tool to lock the pinion flange so you can remove the retaining nut?

Anyone know how hard a job it is without that?

Also what oil have you topped up with - says Hypoid Oil SAE90 ( Ford Spec SQM2C-9002-AA ) - is that only from Ford dealer or do Halfords do something.

I presume the seal is still available? Anyone done theirs recently and got a finis code?

Any other parts I might need from experience?

The correct size is 40/75/12 for the pinion, many bearing places keep 40/75/10 in stock but not the extra 2mm deep ones.
I'm hoping it isn't the washer missing off the pinion flange ( the bit you have to pull off to get at the seal ). Anyone got a pic of the flange with the retaining nut removed?
