Baby board mine did the same - everything but all four injectors not firing - take a bulb out of a side light and stick it in the injector plug and turn over - no light no power.

I know the strip wires inside the ecu connecting babyboard to ECU board are fragile it may be worth just try moving them to see if anything - next step is to get it tested to see if it is the issue.

Just a thought. My mate had this very problem on his saph after refitting the engine. He had replaced the phase sensor in the dizzy but got the wires the wrong way round. Switched them round and job was a goodun!

Don't know if you have changed yours but that would be one of the things I would be checking. The phase sensor is what tells the ecu which injectors to fire, if it's not getting any signal you will get no injector operation whatsoever.

If you pop the dizzy cap off and take off the rotor arm and plastic shit shield off the sensor is under there. There are 2 wires on it (blue and red iirc) which connect to the plug on the side of the dizzy.

Could also the gap itself is wrong or the sensor iffy.
