Default Best way to clean engine bits.

Any suggestions? I have got a head and other bits to clean, Old burnt oil, dirt and grease and carbon in the head.
I know you can send them to engineering places but i have this to do now and more in a few weeks so would like to do i my self.

Will need to soak for the hard to reach places?

Jizer will get most if not all. Soak in red diesel for hard to get places (if a brush can't get to them)

Jet wash or rinse with water then dry with pressured air.
