if it was coilpack sure it would have taken a pair down?
i know the plugs are new but i get grief with mine sometimes and 1 of the plugs gets dirty and then doesnt fire, then it just gets more and more dirty and wont work at all,
take it out give it a clean then its fine.
but my car needs setting up, i think it over fuels at idle, killing the plugs

Odd as it sounds, yes it can be the coilpack, I've had two, admittedly second hand ford ones do it on my cossie, put on another s/h one ok to start with then a few days alter same again.
Put on a brand new ACCEL coilpack, direct replacement been fine for 6 months now, but I suspect a NEW ford one would have been ok as well.

My Dad had the same prob with his Ecos once, we eventually traced it to an injector clip that had worked loose and when the engine was hot it was causing the injector to lift very slightly

Will find out today if it's a coilpack, hope it is.
Something else to try,it's the fact it's ok till ther engine is hot that gets me .

When i had my Escos i had the same problem. The car would run nicely when cold but as soon as it heated up and giving it throttle it misfired. It turned out it was my Coilpack.
