Hi all,

I was wondering, will oil which has an expiration date far before today, do any harm to an engine? (in this case 5W50 fully synthetic valvoline, saph 2wd 7000mile engine).

Any help is appreciated.

prob not but why take a chance, i would only use it to flush the engine then drain out after 10 miles
