Bottom Pulley bolt torque?

Does anyone know what torque the bottom pulley bolt should be when I put it back on after changing my timing belt?

It's a Sapphire Cosworth 4x4 1991 (J Red top YB)

I seen that in the manual but was unsure if it was the right pulley
