Best put our flame suits on mate. I know they do have their problems, but never had a misfire due to one other than at idle

Out of interest Mark, why has Kev had 2 set of 31's go if they're recommended for the higher hp engines?

When running such cold plugs you need to make sure the engine is not to rich and floods its plug,
If you keep starting the engine and not warming the plugs you will kill them, I recomend when doing this is to hold the revs to 2.5k until the engine clears itself after 30sec then they are normaly fine to starting the car,
If misfiring under boost you will need to close the gaps to the correct range for your coil system,
Running 31's as such low power is IMO not the correct way to run this plug.

I've been using IK27 for years now, never a problem, had the same with 31's fouling under constant city work, so just put in hotter running plug, the 27's, does city stuff fine now.

This is because they are the ONLY plug for a YB cosworth.
